Classes, credits and recurring revenue

  1. 01

    A schedule clients book from

Set the seats, the instructor and the location, then repeat the class every week on the days you choose, or run it once. Your class schedule gets its own page.

  2. 02

Waitlists that move on their own

When a seat opens, the next person on the list is moved up and emailed. For paid classes, they're told a seat opened and that it's theirs once they pay.

  3. 03

    Drop-ins pay when they reserve

Clients pay for a seat by card when they reserve it, or use a package or membership credit. Free classes only need a name and a verified email.

  4. 04

    Packages of credits

Sell five or ten sessions at a set price, limit them to certain services, and decide how many days they're good for. Clients buy online and the credits apply when they book.

  5. 05

    Memberships that bill themselves

Charge weekly, monthly or yearly through Stripe. Cap how many classes or one-on-one bookings a member gets each cycle, or leave it unlimited.

  6. 06

    Gift cards

Clients buy $25, $50, $100 or $150 gift cards from your page, and you can issue any amount from $10 to $1,000. A balance can be spent across several visits.

Common questions

Questions about classes & memberships

Are classes only on the Business plan?

No. Group classes, waitlists, packages, memberships and gift cards work on Solo and Business. Business adds more staff, so several instructors can each teach and take private sessions.

Can I limit how many classes a member gets?

Yes. Each membership plan has a class seats per cycle setting and a one-on-one bookings per cycle setting. Leave either one blank for unlimited.

Do packages expire?

If you want them to. Set a validity period in days and packages bought online expire on schedule. When you sell a package in person, you choose the expiry date.

Try it with your real calendar for 30 days.
