How the move works

    Export from your current tool

    Download your clients, upcoming appointments and services as CSV files. Most booking apps have an export under settings or reports.

  2. 02

    Import and check the preview

    Upload each file. Stability recognizes exports from Booksy, Vagaro, Fresha, Square Appointments, HoneyBook and GlossGenius, and shows a preview before saving anything.

  3. 03

    Connect Stripe and set your rules

    Connect a new or existing Stripe account, then choose deposits, your cancellation window and whether to require a card for no-shows.

  4. 04

    Share the new link

    Swap the link in your Instagram bio and Google profile, and print the QR code for the front desk. Upcoming appointments you imported are already on the calendar.

Will my upcoming appointments come over?

Yes. Import upcoming appointments from a CSV along with your clients and services, and they show up on your calendar.

Do my clients have to sign up again?

No. Their records come over in the import. When they next book, they use your new link and confirm their email with a code.

How big can an import be?

Up to 10 MB and 20,000 rows per file. Bigger lists can be split into several files.

Can I run both systems while I switch?

Yes. The 30-day trial needs no card, so you can set everything up and move clients over before you cancel anything.
