Planning a date with many moving parts

    Open events with an invite link

    Set a capacity, a price per person and how guests pay: up front, a deposit, or after. Guests register from the link and pay by card.

    Private events from an accepted quote

    When a client accepts an event quote, it becomes a private event with every participant and service already on it.

  3. 03

    Contracts per guest, or one for the event

    Have every participant sign, or sign once with the organizer. The participant list shows who has signed and who still owes money.

    Crew with roles and payouts

    Assign people by service or by a role like second shooter or setup lead, with a payout for each assignment. Their calendars are blocked for the event automatically.

    A day-of timeline built for you

    Enter a ready-by time and Stability spreads every service across your staff, with 30 minutes for arrival and setup, finishing 15 minutes early. Adjust any block, then share it with the client.

    Photo delivery

    Upload full-size photos after the event, up to 25 MB each. Clients see them in their account and can download them all as one ZIP.

Are events included in Solo?

Events are on the Business plan at $39/mo. On Solo, an accepted quote becomes regular bookings on your calendar, and group classes are still available.

Can the client see the timeline?

Yes. Share it as a read-only link or by email. It shows each block's time, the staff member and who it's for.
